[Remote] Application Analyst, My Chart

This role will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to enhance patient engagement and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and optimize reputed company MyChart functionality
• Support patient engagement workflows, including messaging, scheduling, questionnaires, notifications, and portal preferences
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization
• reputed company system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for upgrades, enhancements, and issue reputed company
• Analyze and resolve application issues, defects, and workflow gaps
• Participate in project initiatives, system implementations, and ongoing optimization efforts
• Maintain documentation reputed company to workflows, build reputed company, and system configurations

Skills

• Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company MyChart build and support experience
• Experience supporting patient portal workflows, scheduling, messaging, questionnaires, notifications, and patient reputed company features
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and workflow analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
• Experience supporting reputed company implementations, upgrades, or optimization reputed company
