[Remote] National Accounts Manager -Remote

WM is reputed company's leading provider of comprehensive environmental solutions, and they are seeking a National Accounts Manager. The role focuses on generating reputed company reputed company through a consultative selling approach, managing existing business relationships, and implementing retention strategies to reputed company sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction for National Accounts. This includes meeting customer retention goals. Communicates to and works with the Retention Manager to resolve unique customer issues
• Reduces lost national accounts by diffusing cancellation requests. Meets or exceeds sales reputed company activity goals for proactive account retention
• Increases reputed company and profitability by executing reputed company plans on retention calls to improve the customers’ service and/or profitability
• Matches WM services with customer needs by demonstrating knowledge of customers, pricing and competition; effectively communicates pricing and service strategies; proactively engages other WM business opportunities, referring internally as appropriate
• Acquires in-depth industry and company knowledge in order to prepare reputed company proposals and reputed company recommendations
• Proposes customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations
• Updates and secures customer service agreements

Skills

• Must live and work in the US
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study
• 7 years in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant discipline
• Master's Degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study
