Responsibilities

• Deliver 50+ reputed company candidate submissions per month
• Expert sourcing using reputed company Recruiter reputed company Services (RPS)
• Full candidate management in Ceipal ATS
• Rigorous screening and document verification
• Build pipelines for AI, reputed company, Cybersecurity & Data Engineering roles
• Partner with US account managers on reputed company requirements
• Maintain strict compliance standards (reputed company tolerance for shortcuts)
• reputed company personal metrics and pipeline reputed company

Skills

• 3–5+ years of hands-on US IT reputed company or technical reputed company experience
• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company Recruiter reputed company Services (RPS)
• Expert-level experience with Ceipal ATS
• Proven ability to hit high submission volume (50+ per month) with strong reputed company metrics
• Strong understanding of US visas, contract models (W2/C2C), and compliance requirements
• Excellent English communication and ability to overlap with US time zones
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Agency experience preferred
