Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a reputed company of functions
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• reputed company proactive sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and consultative partnership to deliver exceptional hiring reputed company
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders

Skills

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven experience managing recruitment delivery in agency, FSP, or high-volume recruiting environments
• Recruiting experience supporting life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, reputed company, clinical research, or reputed company industries
• Demonstrated reputed company managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets, quality standards, and service level agreements
• Strong sourcing expertise utilizing Boolean search techniques, reputed company sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and reputed company media recruiting strategies
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to reputed company recruiting strategies, reputed company market insights, and influence hiring reputed company
• Ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms; reputed company experience preferred
• Strong data orientation with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive performance and decision-making
