[Remote] Immigration Consultant – US reputed company

They are seeking a skilled Immigration Consultant to support their US reputed company operations by managing employment-based immigration processes and ensuring compliance with US immigration laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, OPT/CPT, TN, L-1, E-3, and Green Card processes
• Coordinate with immigration attorneys, employees, recruiters, and clients to ensure reputed company filing and case progression
• Review and maintain immigration documents, petitions, and compliance records
• Advise recruiters and consultants on work authorization, reputed company transfers, extensions, amendments, and status changes
• reputed company reputed company expiration dates and ensure reputed company renewals
• Stay reputed company with US immigration regulations and communicate policy updates to internal teams
• Ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and other applicable immigration requirements

Skills

• Strong knowledge of US employment-based immigration processes and reputed company categories
• Experience working in the US reputed company or IT reputed company industry
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality
• Familiarity with USCIS regulations, Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), and PERM processes is preferred
