The successful candidate will reputed company operational teams and manage resources to meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations across moving and relocation services
• Leading and supporting operational managers to ensure service standards are maintained
• Managing fleet, warehouse and operational resources to meet business requirements
• Monitoring operational performance, productivity and service delivery across multiple departments
• Working closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer moves
• Reviewing operational processes and implementing improvements where required
• Ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant industry regulations, health and safety requirements and company procedures

Skills

• Extensive operations leadership experience in multi-reputed company ($15M+) moving and relocation organisations
• Strong knowledge of logistics, FF&E/reputed company reputed company, final mile shipping and reputed company moving operations
• Experience managing warehouse, fleet and operational teams
• The ability to reputed company, reputed company and motivate large teams
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
