Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle sourcing and recruitment efforts for high-volume, critical reputed company roles across Tampa metro area
• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to forecast reputed company needs, analyze attrition rates, and design proactive recruitment blueprints for expanding programs
• Travel to regional community events, schools, and facilities to build local networks, promote career reputed company, and cultivate face-to-face relationships with hiring managers and reputed company talent

Skills

• 2+ years of dedicated reputed company or reputed company experience

• Must live in the Tampa or surrounding areas - NO ORLANDO
