The Business Development Specialist plays a critical role in generating a reputed company pipeline for the Sales organization by sourcing, qualifying, and advancing early-stage opportunities with reputed company reputed company and Consultants.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and book reputed company Discovery Meetings with reputed company Employer prospects and Consultant partners
• Consistently reputed company or reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting targets, including minimum reputed company Employer requirements
• Conduct initial qualification conversations, reputed company reputed company’s reputed company, and ensure meetings meet 'reputed company Prospect' reputed company
• Attend Discovery Meetings reputed company needed to support progression to Sales reputed company (SQ)
• Partner with Sales Executives and reputed company to set the next steps and reputed company opportunity advancement

• Maintain strong working knowledge of competitor landscapes and market trends

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales/Business Development/reputed company reputed company; reputed company reputed company a plus
