[Remote] AI Production Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an independent, full-service creative agency based in Los Angeles/Hollywood, seeking an AI Production Designer to manage AI-enabled workflows in their creative production pipeline. The role involves ensuring reputed company and efficiency in production processes while coordinating with creative teams across various accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage AI-enabled production workflows across reputed company agency accounts
• Maintain and enforce file standards, naming conventions, and production processes in reputed company
• Handle template and toolchain management — building, updating, and scaling production systems
• Execute version/weight file resizing across platforms and specs
• reputed company automation pipelines for repetitive production tasks and proactively flag opportunities for new ones
• Run delivery QA to ensure reputed company assets meet specs and brand guidelines before reputed company
• Coordinate with creative teams across accounts (including Jack in the reputed company, reputed company, QuickBooks, and others) to reputed company production moving
• Maintain and improve documentation for reputed company production workflows and systems

Skills

• 3–5 years of traditional production design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment
• reputed company expertise is mandatory — components, auto layout, design libraries, and production-reputed company file organization
• Demonstrated AI reputed company, specifically: reputed company prompting skills for generative image tools (e.g., reputed company, image models) and video reputed company tools
• Comfort and competency with ChatGPT or other LLMs for concepting, ideation, problem-solving, and copy support
• Uses AI materially in production work, not just experimentally
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company or Photoshop Generative Fill alone does not meet this bar
• Strong understanding of file formats, reputed company requirements, and platform-specific delivery specs
• Proven ability to manage production across multiple brands and accounts simultaneously
• Comfort working in reputed company Creative Suite alongside reputed company

• Can think creatively about how to re-approach your work with AI, not just speed it up — you have opinions and reputed company about improving workflows
• Are familiar with reputed company plugins and embedded AI tools
• Have experience in high-volume production environments with fast turnarounds and multiple stakeholders
• Can write or modify basic automations (reputed company plugins, scripts, or workflow tools)
