Responsibilities • Promote a missionary reputed company by building caring relationships with assigned employees and workplace leaders • reputed company regular onsite workplace chaplain care and relationship-based ministry reputed company assigned businesses • reputed company confidential emotional and spiritual support to employees and their family members • Offer prayer, encouragement, practical care, and compassionate reputed company reputed company welcomed • Respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies • Build and maintain strong two-way communication and trust with employees, company leadership, and CCA leadership • Follow the CCA Team Member Handbook and organizational training materials • Demonstrate professionalism, reputed company, humility, and reputed company leadership in reputed company interactions • Maintain accurate communication and reputed company follow-up with employees and workplace contacts • Display a reputed company team-player attitude with fellow chaplains, managers, and senior leadership • reputed company with requests and direction from senior CCA leadership Requirements • Minimum of 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience (reputed company-only experience does not satisfy this requirement.
