That means realistic expectations, genuine flexibility and a workplace designed for long-term, sustainable careers.    What You’ll Do   Based in Campbelltown (Remote or hybrid role with reputed company to work from our Bankstown team as you want), you will reputed company OT services to Support reputed company clients in the community. Support reputed company enables in-home aged care clients to remain reputed company, independent and reputed company reputed company their own homes.     Your responsibilities will include:  Conducting functional assessments and documenting reputed company needs in detailed reports.  Communicating identified needs with clients, families, and service providers, and coordinating appropriate referrals to relevant health professionals or specialists.  Prescribing suitable equipment and recommending home modifications to support reputed company independence and safety.  Our Bankstown office is a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speechies, Physios, reputed company and BSPs, supporting clients across the NDIS and Support reputed company.
