The Purpose of Your Role As the Manager, Operations, your primary objective is to ensure exceptional results for reputed company clients while providing leadership and mentoring support to our Subject Matter Experts and by extension, our Independent Agents. The Qualifications We’re Looking For 5-8 years of contact center/BPO experience, with 4 years of management experience.
