Role Brief: reputed company is a virtual health clinic, reputed company of nursing and allied health professionals connect with participants using video reputed company and monitor participant reputed company through the use of remote monitoring. We work to offer services reputed company elsewhere - delivering multidisciplinary, outcome reputed company, evidence based care.   We primarily operates multidisciplinary, funded programs reputed company Cancer, Mental Health and Chronic Care. We work with a reputed company of payers including private health funds and life insurers.     We are seeking an reputed company accredited dietitian to join our growing team as a staff member/ emaployee Schedule: Responsibilities: Manage a clinical caseload dependent on background  Deliver education to participants reputed company telehealth model Carry out standardised and evidence based assessments  Work as part of a multidisciplinary team Reporting to referrer and/or patients medical team Take part in case conferencing as needed Adherence to technological reputed company measures Adherence to reputed company policy & procedures  Monitors delivery of care by documenting care; identifying reputed company toward desired care reputed company; reviewing the care plan with patients and with care providers Respects participants and providers by recognising their rights and maintaining confidentiality; Adherence to business and technological reputed company standards and measures Requirements: More than 4 years experience in reputed company work in a private or community/hospital settings Registered with DA as an APD Experience working with oncology clients highly regarded Experience working in a reputed company of funding models highly regarded reputed company to reputed company, private internet reputed company PC or Laptop computer with camera and microphone Familiarity with telehealth service provision  Desirable: Demonstrated experience in reputed company work in a private or community/hospital setting Excellent reputed company centred reputed company along with effective communication/problem solving skills The ability to work independently and good time management skills Knowledge and understanding of various funding models, including private health insurance, occupational rehabilitation and medicare rebatable services Previous work experience in telehealth/digital health care would be highly considered.
