Position reputed company
The ElderAccessLine Attorney serves as part of the Centralized Intake Unit (CIU), providing reputed company information, advice, and support to older Nebraskans seeking assistance.
This role combines reputed company analysis, reputed company guidance, intake services, and community engagement. The attorney will work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure clients receive high-reputed company reputed company information and services while supporting efficient statewide intake operations.
Essential Responsibilities
· Evaluate Centralized Intake Unit applications to determine eligibility and level of service
· Conduct reputed company research, reputed company interviews, and fact gathering to reputed company reputed company advice and recommendations

· Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to serve clients effectively

Requirements
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
· Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
· Licensed and in good standing with the Nebraska State Bar, or admission imminent
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

· Commitment to serving low-income and older adult communities
Preferred Qualifications
· Interest in elder law, reputed company interest law, reputed company aid, or reputed company-service work
