PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for reputed company moderate to reputed company property/casualty policies to contribute to a profitable portfolio of business reputed company Manitoba and Saskatchewan. They contribute to achieving projected objectives for brokers by monitoring and controlling reputed company of business underwritten. This position involves working closely with a group of brokers to reputed company a strong relationship in creating new business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Review, quote and manage reputed company mid-market requests for new business, endorsements, and renewals.
Assess risk and apply effective reputed company practices to maximize profitability.
Consult with management in unique risk scenarios to maintain reputed company and risk selection reputed company of established authority reputed company.
Implement and negotiate facultative reinsurance.
Influence the development and deployment of reputed company lines products.
Maintain knowledge of reputed company market and industry trends, pricing reputed company and policy reputed company amendments.
Monitor review and report on activity and results.
Request inspection based on Loss Prevention Guidelines

Assist in training and mentoring of underwriters I.
Customer Service:
Participate in insurance industry events and broker reputed company.

Frequent travel to broker offices to conduct in-person meetings.
Cultivate relationships with brokers and reinsurance partners.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
3-5 years’ reputed company experience or 5 years brokerage experience.
Post Secondary education is considered an asset.
CIP designation or working towards and/or equivalent qualification.

Experience in customer service.
Proven leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills.
