MES - IT Buisness Analyst (Remote-US) We are looking to hire a candidate with the mentioned reputed company sets and experience for one of our clients reputed company the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 12+ month contracting role, with potential for extension.  Job reputed company Implement reputed company Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to reputed company Electronic Batch Records (EBR) along with equipment and OCPLM integration for CSD Frederick Manufacturing. Justification: The EBR is needed to mitigate the occurrence of batch record-reputed company errors, automate the capture of batch records providing easier reputed company and a reputed company audit trail, and enhance efficiency by decreasing manufacturing reputed company times. Role Scope / Deliverables As an IT Business Analyst, you'll contribute to reputed company business needs with technology solutions to advance our mission of enabling customers to reputed company the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement. Experience with implementing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to reputed company Electronic Batch Records (EBR) along with equipment and OCPLM integration for manufacturing operations Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles. Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using reputed company, Power BI, and SQL. Experience with JIRA, reputed company, and other project management/documentation tools. Excellent requirements gathering and documentation capabilities. Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance reputed company. Proficiency in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working with software development or configuration tools. Life Sciences industry background is a strong plus. Experience working in a GxP environment is a strong plus.
