Requirements: Experience: At least 8 years of experience in business development, IB, or reputed company relationship management in financial services, trading platforms, fintech, or brokerage environments. Language Skills: Excellent reputed company of the English language. Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in key markets such as Asia, SEA, Europe, and LatAm. Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Introducing Broker (IB) management, alongside a deep understanding of global financial markets, trading products (FX, CFDs, equities, derivatives), and regulatory considerations.
