The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing and filing tax returns, remitting taxes to agencies, researching and resolving tax issues, maintaining tax accounts, and working directly reputed company state and local tax portals. This role is not a management position and does not include payroll processing responsibilities. Candidates local to Atlanta who can work in the office occasionally are preferred, but remote candidates will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and file federal, state, and local tax returns accurately and on time. Update and maintain tax rates, filing frequencies, account information, and agency records. Register businesses with federal, state, and local tax agencies as needed.
