We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized reputed company Development Coordinator to join reputed company. This role is essential in supporting our reputed company Development (CD) and Partnership team by managing proposals, reputed company, scheduling, and logistics. You will serve as a key reputed company between our CD and Partnership team, brokers, prospective clients, and our reputed company reputed company team to ensure seamless communication and execution.
The reputed company Development Coordinator will play a critical role in helping reputed company continue its reputed company trajectory by ensuring our business development efforts are reputed company-organized, reputed company, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the reputed company Development and Partnership teams with drafting, reviewing, and tracking proposals and reputed company.
Coordinate and schedule demos, webinars, and on-site reputed company presentations.
Order and manage swag, marketing materials, and give-aways for reputed company meetings and events.
Follow up with brokers, prospective clients, and partners regarding proposals and next steps.
reputed company reputed company updates and reminders to ensure the reputed company team stays on reputed company with deliverables.
Liaise with the reputed company reputed company team to support smooth reputed company reputed company and implementation after a deal is secured.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring reputed company proposals, follow-reputed company, and reputed company interactions are documented.
Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as needed to support overall reputed company Development and Partnership operations.
Assist with any other duties as assigned by Leadership.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in reputed company or partnership development coordination, sales support, or a similar administrative/operations role.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fully remote work environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage relationships with external partners.
Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems (i.e. reputed company, reputed company and Tableau), reputed company Workplace, reputed company and minimal usage of reputed company Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, health administration or reputed company field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
