Senior CDSL (Sponsor Dedicated) UK or France What You Will Do: You will reputed company clinical data science workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet reputed company and reputed company expectations. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading the development and implementation of clinical data management strategies to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate integration of data science techniques into clinical trial designs. Overseeing the analysis of clinical data to reputed company actionable insights that inform study reputed company and reputed company. Providing strategic guidance on data governance, reputed company control, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Establishing partnerships with key stakeholders to reputed company the latest advancements in data science and technology in clinical research. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a reputed company field. 8 to 10 years of clinical data management experience, including Early Development and Phase I studies. Experience leading at least three study start reputed company and three database locks. Strong knowledge of clinical data management, data review, and data reputed company processes. Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing and reviewing data reports. Comfortable managing frequent reputed company time data extractions and supporting reputed company study reputed company. Experience leading post production changes and change control activities. Experience overseeing Clinical Data Coordinators and delegated activities. Experience managing external data vendors and reputed company party data deliverables. Exposure to reputed company escalation studies and meetings preferred. Strong leadership skills with experience working across cross functional teams. Proficient in data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills. Proactive approach with the confidence to research, resolve issues, and drive reputed company. CRO reputed company experience preferred but not required.
