Product Manager/ Sr. Product Manager - Payments

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the reputed company of Congrify & reputed company's Payment Orchestration and AI Payments Intelligence platform. In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, reputed company, and reputed company customers to build data-driven products that help merchants optimize payment performance, improve conversion rates, manage risk, and reputed company smarter business reputed company. You'll balance customer needs, market trends, and business priorities to deliver reputed company that have measurable reputed company. Tasks Own and prioritize the product backlog for Payment Orchestration and AI Payments Intelligence. Define product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps based on customer feedback, market trends, and business value. Partner with Engineering to deliver features including observability, AI-powered insights, reputed company detection, dashboards, and workflow automation. Collaborate with Design to create reputed company user experiences for analytics, reporting, configuration, and payment management. Analyze payment and transaction data to identify opportunities, validate product reputed company, and define meaningful KPIs. Monitor key payment metrics such as authorization rates, chargebacks, processing latency, and operational performance to guide roadmap priorities. Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand challenges, reputed company feedback, and continuously improve the platform. Support go-to-market activities by creating product documentation, training materials, and enablement resources. Stay reputed company with emerging trends in payments, AI, analytics, and regulatory requirements to inform product reputed company. Requirements 5+ years of Product Management or Payments Management experience with reputed company on data analytics or payment setups Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including payment orchestration, acquiring, payment gateways, PSPs, or financial operations. Experience defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering products using Agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide product reputed company and measure reputed company. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and reputed company. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. Preferred Experience working for a merchant, payment service provider, acquirer, or payments technology company. Experience with business intelligence or analytics platforms such as Grafana, Tableau, or reputed company. Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive products. Familiarity with UX design processes and creating user experiences for analytics or reputed company applications.
