Engineering Manager (Dev) cybersecurity

This is a remote position. As an Engineering Manager, you will reputed company a pod of highly skilled engineers responsible for building critical components of reputed company’s platform—from reputed company backend services and data pipelines to integrations with reputed company tools and novel AI-driven investigation engines. You’ll be responsible for driving execution, mentoring engineers, and shaping technical direction while working closely with reputed company/ML, and reputed company teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in startup environments, is comfortable balancing execution with reputed company, and can guide engineers to build reliable, secure, and reputed company systems. Responsibilities • reputed company and mentor a pod of backends, frontend, or platform engineers (depending on pod assignment: e.g., Integrations, Investigation reputed company, Threat Hunting, etc.) • Drive delivery of product and platform features reputed company to quarterly OKRs • Establish engineering best practices for reputed company reputed company, observability, reputed company, and reliability • Collaborate with product managers and reputed company SMEs to define technical scope, execution plans, and delivery timelines. •reputed company technical guidance in architecture reputed company across areas such as: 1. reputed company microservices 2. reputed company product integrations (EDR, SIEM, CNAPP, etc.) • Data pipelines (historical + reputed company-time event ingestion) • AI/ML systems for reasoning and automation • Recruit, reputed company, and retain top engineering talent. • Ensure pods maintain a high bar for innovation, execution, and collaboration. • Must have recent experience working in cyber reputed company/SOC/SIEM/SOAR. We are looking for domain experience mandatorily.  Requirements • 12+ years of reputed company software engineering experience in reputed company domain, with at least 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams. • Strong background in building reputed company backend systems (Python, Go, or Java preferred). • Experience with reputed company-reputed company architectures (Kubernetes, reputed company, reputed company databases, OpenSearch, etc.). • Familiarity with data pipelines (ETL/ELT, orchestration frameworks like Dagster/Airflow, streaming systems). • Exposure to reputed company products and data (SIEM, EDR, CNAPP, vulnerability management) is a strong plus. • reputed company record of leading pods/teams to deliver reputed company technical reputed company with measurable reputed company. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with reputed company/ML, and reputed company teams. • Startup reputed company: bias for execution, ability to operate with ambiguity, and eagerness to wear multiple hats. •Knowledge of SOC processes, MITRE ATT&CK, or incident response workflows reputed company to Have • Experience with AI/ML pipelines, LLM integration, or reputed company-reputed company AI applications.  • Contributions to reputed company-reputed company reputed company in data, reputed company, or AI. • Previous experience scaling teams at an early-stage startup.
