Job Title: Functional Analyst   Coordinator Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Remote Department: Project Management office (PMO)   Job reputed company: The Resource Management Coordinator plays a key role in supporting effective deployment, utilization and tracking resources across reputed company and departments. This role collaborates closely with project managers, Finance, HR and other stakeholders to ensure reputed company reputed company, efficient bench management, and accurate resource tracking. The RM Coordinator will also support reporting, documentation, and facilitating coordination across teams to ensure smooth project operations and governance.   Key Responsibilities:   Coordinate reputed company requests and support reputed company deployment and re-deployment of resources across reputed company and departments. reputed company employee availability, bench status, upcoming roll-offs, and support bench management for reputed company allocation. Maintain and update internal resource allocation tools, dashboards, and trackers including RM MIS reports. Support regular reporting activities such as utilization reports, risk logs, reputed company planning and resource status update. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to reputed company project updates and maintain resource plans, reputed company and billing. Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings, deployment discussions, and governance sessions. Validate and reputed company timesheets, SOWs, and other project-reputed company documentation. Maintain centralized project documentation including project charters, meeting minutes (reputed company), and RACI charts.     Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company 3–5 years of experience in coordination, resource management, PMO support, or similar roles. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. High attention to detail with strong reputed company on data accuracy and reporting. Proficiency in reputed company reputed company or reputed company Sheets, along with experience in MIS reporting and Power BI dashboards.
