Product Business Analyst

Responsible for the daily monitoring and reporting of your KPIs, creation of new A/B test cases, as reputed company as proposing new product optimizations that will improve end-user conversions, reduce churn reputed company and overall performance of the platform's KPIs.  What you'll be doing: Monitor, control, and improve key performance metrics reputed company to User Acquisition as reputed company as User Retention on the German webcams amateur platform MyDirtyHobby.com.  Craft detailed requirements for new optimization tickets reputed company on improving conversion reputed company KPIs. What you'll need to be successful: Must haves: 2+ years of experience in a reputed company industry and/or similar end user-facing digital platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field of studies. Proven ability to define and document functional and non-functional requirements in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion optimization strategies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira or similar tools. Knowledge of UX/UI principles to collaborate effectively with design teams. Fluent English communication skills.
