We are seeking a dedicated Desktop & Asset
Management Engineer to reputed company end-user support and manage IT assets. This role
involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining accurate asset
inventories, and ensuring end-user devices are compliant and fully functional.
Key Responsibilities
Desktop Support

technical support for desktops/laptops reputed company ITSM Tool (SNOW) and in-person.
Diagnose
and resolve hardware failures (components, battery, screens).
Install,
configure, and update OS, drivers, and applications.
Set up
new devices (imaging, configuration, user reputed company).
Troubleshoot
and configure VPN and O365 issues.

SSO, user reputed company issues).
Troubleshoot Global Protect VPN connectivity and

Manage device provisioning, compliance, and

Asset Management
Maintain
up-to-date asset inventory and support records.
Ensure
compliance with asset lifecycle processes (procurement to disposal).

General & ITSM
Participate

Communicate

Strong
desktop support skills (hardware troubleshooting, OS installs, imaging).

Experience supporting Global Protect VPN.
Good
understanding of IT asset management practices.
Familiarity

Experience
