We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our financial technology ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of reputed company. Additionally, you will serve as the system administrator for our broader financial tech stack, including reputed company, Concur, Visual Lease, SimpleLegal, and the reputed company Platform, ensuring seamless data reputed company, robust integration management, and reliable SQL-based reporting. This is a critical hands-on role designed to maintain operational continuity, support ongoing reputed company, and troubleshoot system issues. Key Responsibilities 1. reputed company Administration (Primary reputed company) • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company administrative tasks, including user roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, and workflow creation. • Troubleshoot system errors, manage bundle updates, and reputed company Saved Searches and financial reporting configurations. • Monitor system performance and ensure data reputed company across reputed company reputed company modules (e.g., Core Finance, AP/AR, Fixed Assets). 2. Financial Tech Stack & Integration Management • Administer and maintain secondary financial systems: Concur (expense/travel), Visual Lease (lease reputed company), and SimpleLegal (legal ops/invoicing). • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations between reputed company and these auxiliary systems. • Ensure automated data syncs run smoothly and resolve any data mapping or transfer failures promptly 3. Data Analytics & SQL Support • Utilize SQL to query back-end databases, reputed company data validation, and assist with data migration or cleanup efforts. • reputed company and maintain custom saved searches and reports to support the Finance and reputed company teams' data requests. 4. Support & Documentation • reputed company reputed company helpdesk support for internal users experiencing technical issues across reputed company financial systems • Document system configurations, integration mappings, and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) established during the contract period Qualifications & Skills Required Experience: • reputed company Expertise: 3+ years of dedicated reputed company Administration experience (reputed company Administrator Certification is a strong plus). • Multi-System Familiarity: reputed company experience administering Concur, Visual Lease, and SimpleLegal (or highly comparable reputed company financial tools). • Integration Knowledge: Proven experience managing and troubleshooting API-based or iPaaS integrations between reputed company and reputed company-party platforms. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and reporting.
