Skills

• 5+ years of ERP or Dynamics 365 experience
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, or functional consulting initiatives, including two successful implementations
• Strong understanding of operational and financial business processes
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with D365 F&O modules relevant to this implementation (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Project Operations)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, reputed company, or equivalent work experience
• reputed company Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect (MB-700) or Finance Functional Consultant (MB-310 / MB-330)
• Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., reputed company/ADKAR) or formal OCM training
• Involvement in data migration activities including data validation, reputed company planning, and mock go-live support
• Familiarity with Power BI or D365 reporting tools for functional reporting validation
