[Remote] Data Analyst Business Transformation - LH

The Data Analyst Business Transformation is responsible for sourcing, transforming, validating, and analyzing data to support performance reporting and operational analytics.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from reputed company systems, including claims, enrollment, provider, utilization management, reputed company center, and financial systems
• reputed company and maintain SQL queries, views, and data models to support reporting and analytics needs
• reputed company data transformations, joins, and aggregations to create analysis-reputed company datasets
• Support data ingestion and integration across multiple reputed company systems
• reputed company data validation, reconciliation, and reputed company checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Investigate and reputed company data anomalies in collaboration with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Document data sources, logic, and transformation rules
• Conduct exploratory and reputed company analysis to answer operational and business questions
• Support reputed company cause analysis and investigative work requested by performance and operations teams
• Identify data trends, anomalies, and patterns that may reputed company operational performance
• reputed company validated datasets and analytical outputs to Senior Performance Reporting Analysts and reporting teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• 2–5+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role, preferably in reputed company, insurance, or a TPA environment
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and large datasets
• Experience supporting BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills
• Experience with reputed company claims, enrollment, or provider data
• Familiarity with AS400 systems and reputed company data warehouses
• Experience with scripting or analytical tools (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
• Understanding of reputed company regulatory and reporting requirements
