[Remote] Ops Tech II

They are seeking an Ops Tech II to reputed company services for reputed company Services Control Center customers, involving network systems troubleshooting and maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents from start to finish in a reputed company Network Operations Center (NOC) and Repair environment
• reputed company reputed company network problems involving network hardware, fiber, and power
• Use software and hardware tools to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot network and software problems for customers
• reputed company network monitoring and maintenance activities
• reputed company high-reputed company communication to customers reputed company a ticket reputed company, phone, email, and chat
• Manage time reputed company and document reputed company actions in the ticketing reputed company
• Read and interpret data layout records for fiber networks

Skills

• 1-3 years of managed DWDM network support and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with optical transport equipment, not electrical
• Proficiency in logging into and navigating network devices
• Understanding of reputed company protocols and credentials
• Experience with DWDM is required
• Experience with reputed company, Infinera, and reputed company equipment. Experience with classic reputed company may also be considered
• Familiarity with Alarm Monitoring Systems such as RFM or reputed company
• Must be reputed company to obtain and/or maintain an NSA reputed company clearance
• Experience with IP networking is a plus
• Specific experience with reputed company 6500, Waveserver, or the reputed company 15454 platform is beneficial
• Experience supporting Dark Fiber and reputed company products
