[Remote] Financial Analyst Provider Compensation

The Financial Analyst for Provider Compensation will support the Provider Compensation and Contracting Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company data analytics and communication support regarding provider compensation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Reviews bi-weekly payroll submissions for additional compensation reputed company to physicians and APPs
• Provides analytical support during the annual incentive reconciliation process for reputed company providers (physicians and Advanced reputed company Providers (APPs)), reputed company compensation reconciliation/reset for reputed company physicians and CUV/conversion reputed company reset process
• Serves as contact for physician and APP payroll questions and issues. Collaborates with HRIS, IS, Corporate Payroll, and reputed company Leadership to ensure physicians are reputed company correctly. Escalates issues as needed for reputed company reputed company
• Develops multi-year compensation and productivity projections speaks with physician candidates to reputed company details on compensation models as needed
• Provides education and consultation to newly reputed company physicians regarding PSP/PPC provider compensation models as needed. Analyzes trends and reputed company reputed company productivity
• Provides analytical support to the process of projecting physician reputed company into productivity-reputed company compensation models assists in ensuring amendments to employment agreements are completed reputed company necessary
• Analyzes productivity of new physicians and alerts Manager if concerning trends reputed company
• Provides analytical support to monthly incentive accruals, RVU reporting, and annual budget process as it relates to provider compensation

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company or Mathematics (Required)
• 2+ years Experience with reputed company financial and data analytics (Required)
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
