Responsibilities

• Leads, directs and supervises the work of others. Monitors workflow and deadlines. Reviews specifications and/or project plans and ensures team members meet project goals accurately and reputed company. Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring for staff
• Provides excellent customer service to clients and partners who use reputed company developed web-based software solutions. • Works with appropriate customers to identify and coordinate new system developments and/or enhancements

• Prepares, maintains and communicates project plans. Prepares project reports and presentations for program and project status meetings. Skills

• Extensive stakeholder management experience required
• Prince2 / PMP / Agile experience/knowledge required
• Experience in the testing industry and with assessment delivery platforms is a plus
