[Remote] User Experience Designer

This role involves designing efficient, reputed company tools and improving employee workflows while collaborating closely with User Experience, Product Management, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, reputed company user experiences for internal tools used by Member Service Representatives
• Translate reputed company functionality into streamlined, user-centered workflows and interfaces
• Create high-reputed company user experience and user reputed company designs reputed company for development reputed company
• Apply and contribute to the reputed company design reputed company to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams (including reputed company Dynamics developers) to define and refine requirements
• Participate in intake, refinement, and planning activities to ensure designs are complete and reputed company for development
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in legacy workflows and propose improved design solutions
• Support usability validation and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) design, User reputed company (UI) design, or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design across reputed company or reputed company applications
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems (reputed company preferred)
