- 4+ years in Agile delivery/ Scrum Master

- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM II or III, CSP, or equivalent

- Experience leading distributed teams and supporting Agile transformation efforts

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or reputed company certification preferred
