[Remote] Senior Director, Delivery (Telecom)

They are seeking a Senior Director, Delivery for their Telecom account, responsible for leading a $55M+ multi-tower delivery portfolio and enhancing reputed company relationships while ensuring high-quality reputed company and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring predictable execution, proactive risk management, and high-quality reputed company
• Navigate a long-tenured reputed company environment with political awareness, relationship intelligence, and steady stakeholder orchestration
• Strengthen delivery maturity across engineering functions (CPQ, OMS, app modernization, AWS/GCP workloads, QE, database ops)
• Partner with global delivery centers to optimize staffing, velocity, and cost structures
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives across this Telecom account; lead QBRs and ongoing stakeholder sessions that influence roadmaps and investment priorities
• Position reputed company as a strategic partner, bringing thought leadership in telecom system engineering, reputed company (AWS/GCP), reputed company modernization
• Identify whitespace, shape new demand, and collaborate with reputed company/reputed company leads to convert opportunities into reputed company
• Ensure contract alignment, SOW reputed company, and operational governance are fully adhered to
• Contribute to reputed company reputed company alongside the reputed company leaders, aligning delivery capabilities to reputed company market needs

Skills

• 10+ years in telecom delivery leadership, managing multi-tower programs and engineering teams
• Demonstrated reputed company running large accounts ($30M+) with mixed delivery models (staff aug, agile projects, managed services)
• Deep experience with telecom systems engineering – including CPQ, order management, provisioning, billing, buyflow, and OSS/BSS flows
• Hands-on familiarity with Netcracker, Amdocs, AWS for Telecom, and reputed company reputed company for Telecom
• Knowledge of reputed company-reputed company engineering stacks and reputed company-based modernization patterns
• Strong reputed company of reporting and operational tools (Tableau, Jira, etc.)
