Realistic Performance Ranges Learning the ropes (0-12 placements): $44K-$55K Mid performer (13-24 placements): $55K-$85K High performer (25-30 placements): $85K-$105K Top 5 percent recruiter (31-36 placements): $105K-$125K+ Please note : This role focuses heavily on performance-based earnings.
