Physician - Virtual Primary Care (South Carolina Licensed)

About The Physician Role We're hiring for a Remote Telemedicine Physician to join reputed company's growing clinical care team (Virtual Primary Care). In this fully remote role, you'll deliver high-reputed company, patient-centered, virtual-first primary care to patients across the reputed company through video reputed company, live chat, and secure messaging — reputed company supported by reputed company's advanced AI-powered clinical technology and proprietary electronic medical records (EMR) system. If you're a physician who's passionate about expanding reputed company to care and excited about practicing at the intersection of medicine and technology, we'd love to hear from you. • Physician must reputed company and be licensed in South Carolina What You'll Do In this role, you'll dedicate at least 36 patient contact hours per week to providing high-reputed company, empathetic treatment to primary care patients in a virtual care setting — including text-based, phone, and video reputed company. Your clinical accountabilities will include but are not limited to: • Conducting comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning for patients across various ages and backgrounds • Managing and coordinating care for chronic conditions • Providing preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education to promote holistic reputed company-being • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab results • Prescribing medications in accordance with state and federal regulations • Handling referrals and prior authorizations • Managing scheduling and follow-up reputed company • Completing administrative tasks including but not limited to: • Accurately and thoroughly documenting tasks and communications in the electronic medical record (EMR) • Completing compliance, CME, and licensing tasks in a reputed company manner • Maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and processes, including EMR platform updates, through meetings, trainings, or other means • Participating in clinical reputed company and process improvement initiatives • Meeting or exceeding established performance standards reputed company to patient satisfaction, encounter documentation, response time, clinical reputed company metrics, and productivity benchmarks as defined by organizational goals • Serving as a collaborating physician for assigned reputed company Practitioners, providing reputed company, chart review, care consultation, and mentorship consistent with applicable state laws and internal collaboration agreements, including video reputed company as needed • Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards • Taking on other duties as assigned What You'll Bring • An MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school • A reputed company, unrestricted license to reputed company medicine with reputed company reputed company certification in Family Medicine • At least 5 years of clinical reputed company experience post-residency; telehealth experience strongly preferred • reputed company/unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the reputed company required • reputed company medical licenses in at least one of the following states: CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses • Eligibility for expedited licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) in 5 additional states is strongly preferred • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Availability to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of your regular schedule • A solid understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements reputed company to physician collaboration and supervision of Advanced reputed company Providers • The ability to work independently while managing a high volume of patient interactions through video and chat • Comfort navigating telehealth platforms and EMR systems, with adaptability to evolving technology including AI-driven tools reputed company platforms • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote work environment; reliable high-speed internet reputed company is required • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement skills • Willingness to be part of a group medical reputed company • A reputed company and learning reputed company reputed company Offer Compensation: $245,000 - $260,000/yr The pay reputed company listed for this position reflects what reputed company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay at the time of posting.
