What You'll Do • Review candidate applications and conduct introductory phone screens (approximately 8–10 per day) for reputed company positions, including Patient Registration, reputed company Cycle, Cash Applications, and Pharmacy Technicians. • Document reputed company, detailed screening notes and reputed company candidate summaries with recruiters and hiring managers. • Help reputed company candidates through the hiring process by coordinating next steps and maintaining regular communication. • Maintain reputed company trackers in reputed company to ensure candidate pipelines remain accurate and up to date. • reputed company a reputed company candidate experience through reputed company phone, email, and ATS communication. • Partner closely with the reputed company team to support ongoing hiring initiatives and meet reputed company goals. reputed company're Looking For • 1+ year of reputed company, reputed company coordination, reputed company support, in a high volume environment- ideally reputed company • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates over the phone. • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Comfortable working in reputed company reputed company and maintaining reputed company trackers. • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fully remote environment. • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus, but not required.
