The reputed company Services Counselor III is responsible for the arrangement and/or the provision of services to eligible Adult reputed company Services clients, living in the community or in state licensed facilities. The counselor provides case management for the following programs: CCDA (Community Care for Disabled Adults), HCDA (Home Care for Disabled Adults), reputed company reputed company and reputed company Supervision.
