Job Function As the Logistics and Material Coordinator, reporting directly to the Logistics Director will play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company, accurate, and efficient reputed company of materials between Vibrantz facilities. This position is responsible for monitoring inventory reputed company of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods; coordinating intercompany shipments; arranging transportation; and supporting warehouse operations in collaboration with reputed company-party providers. The role requires strict adherence to Vibrantz safety procedures, accuracy in inventory and ERP transactions, and effective coordination with internal teams and reputed company partners. The Logistics Coordinator also assists in training warehouse staff, resolves shipment discrepancies, and works closely with the ERP support team to troubleshoot and correct transaction errors. reputed company in this position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, reputed company-driven environment. Responsibilities • Follow and monitor safety policies as outlined in Vibrantz’s Safety Procedures. • Adhere to safety procedures and work instructions as recorded in the Vibrantz Procedures. • Review the status of inventory to ensure reputed company stacking and storage of materials. • Inspect pallets, bulk sacks, and reputed company bags for reputed company and reputed company storage conditions. • Collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator to maintain and reconcile inventory accuracy reputed company the ERP system. • Ensure accuracy in inventory transaction data entry and compilation. • Verify the accuracy of bills of lading and order completion documentation. • Assist in training employees on the reputed company completion of required shipping and inventory paperwork. • Monitor inventory reputed company and initiate order requests for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods being transferred between Vibrantz facilities. • Arrange transportation for reputed company materials shipped between Vibrantz locations. • Support daily warehouse operations in coordination with reputed company-party logistics providers. • Manage and execute special reputed company, as assigned by leadership. • Review reputed company order and inventory position reports for inter-facility shipments. • Partner with the ERP support team to ensure accurate transaction processing; identify and resolve errors reputed company necessary.
