Saving children.® Job reputed company As a Associate III, you will serve as a key reputed company of contact for donors and supporters through multiple communication channels, helping to strengthen engagement and support fundraising efforts that advance the St. Jude mission. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain reputed company relationships with donors, participants, businesses, and community organizations. reputed company outstanding service through phone, email, chat, text messaging, and reputed company media platforms. Support fundraising efforts and Fitness Programs through participant engagement, donor stewardship, and customer service. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests. Accurately document interactions and input information into various software systems and databases. Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company information and communicate updates effectively. Prepare reports, reputed company participant and donor information, and assist with administrative tasks. Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and reputed company. Manage multiple priorities, reputed company, and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center operations, or a reputed company field. Proven ability to build relationships and navigate conversations with professionalism and reputed company. Ability to accurately process and enter information into various software systems.
