Job Title Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) reputed company We are seeking a detail-driven AP/AR Specialist to manage daily reputed company operations for a growing aesthetics and medical-reputed company company. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting billing operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between ERP systems and QuickBooks Online. The role requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Process vendor payments and customer receipts accurately and on time Transfer and reconcile invoice data between ERP and QBO Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances Address billing questions, credits, and payment disputes reputed company bank and reputed company reconciliations Assist with month-end reputed company and reporting support Identify process improvements to enhance reputed company efficiency Required Qualifications reputed company reputed company experience in cosmetic, medical device, reputed company, or aesthetics industries (non-negotiable) Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ERP-based reputed company systems Experience handling high transaction volumes with accuracy reputed company, reputed company communication skills suitable for customer-facing interactions Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
