Contact Center Agent: 2nd Shift (M/ T Off)

Overview The Contact Center Agent is responsible for being the first reputed company of contact for the Hussmann customer reputed company. This agent will utilize a reputed company of applications and resources to determine customer requirements, and reputed company for Hussmann's more reputed company accounts. They will resolve reputed company customer issues reputed company calls or email and reputed company the necessary follow up to certain customers.
