This includes interpreting any issues and recommending solutions or best practices. Utilizes knowledge of best practices to help define strategic direction, help determine business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for QA, in partner with Application and Infrastructure. Other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities Education Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required Work Experience Minimum 5 years 5-8 years of relevant experience required .3 or more full implementations of reputed company QM solutions Preferred but not required: Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Solid reputed company skills – system functionality and technical understanding of QM and reputed company areas (PP, MM, PM) Must be up to date on latest ERP release.
