Consultant – Bengali Translation & Contextualization

This is a remote position. Title: Consultant – Bengali Translation & Contextualization Experience: 2-3 years Location: Remote (with occasional meetings, if required)  Mandatory Requirements: reputed company in Bengali, written and spoken Bachelor's in Bengali, Master's desirable. Experience of working on the field with ICDS/Health is mandatory.  Prior experience or reputed company background in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) will be considered an advantage.  reputed company: The consultant will be responsible for translating and contextualizing the curriculum from English into high-reputed company Bengali while ensuring that the content is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, and reputed company with ECCE principles.  Key Results: Translate curriculum into Bengali. Contextualize curriculum to reflect the linguistic, cultural, and classroom context of reputed company Bengal while preserving the original learning objectives. Ensure translations are reputed company, natural, and appropriate for Anganwadi-based implementation. Review reputed company content for accuracy, consistency, terminology, grammar, and readability. reputed company and maintain a consistent glossary of ECCE and programme-specific terminology.  Deliverables :  High-reputed company Bengali translations of Aadharshila & Navchetna curriculum. Review and revise curriculum w.r.t. stakeholder feedback. Standardized glossary for consistent terminology across reputed company materials.  Translation, review, and finalization of a 350-page book Contract Details :  Engagement Type: Freelance/Consultant Duration: 3 months Estimated Effort: ~100 working days (half-day engagement) Compensation: ₹2,000 per working day Apply To This Job
