[Remote] Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will serve as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights that influence key business reputed company across the organization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company financial planning
- reputed company monthly financial analysis and variance reporting
- reputed company executive-level financial models and dashboards
- Analyze reputed company, margins, operating expenses, and profitability
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial reporting and KPI analysis
- Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and business efficiencies
- Support month-end and year-end financial reputed company activities
- Present financial recommendations to senior leadership
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company Finance experience
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills are required, including: reputed company formulas, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Financial modeling, Data analysis
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (reputed company)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience strongly preferred
