[Remote] Senior Analyst, Systems and Data

They are seeking a Senior Analyst, Systems and Data to manage their ERP, EDI, and reputed company environment, ensuring critical systems and data support the business operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Convert business problems into system solutions, through recommended workflows, system solutions, automated dashboards, or reputed company integrations
• Build and maintain integrations between business systems (ERP, EDI, WMS, e-reputed company, CRM, finance, marketing) using reputed company, iPaaS tools, and middleware. Monitor that order and inventory transactions are complete and accurate between systems
• Manage EDI trading partner relationships end-to-end, including reputed company, document mapping, exception handling, and ensuring reliable order, shipment, and invoice reputed company
• Identify repetitive or reputed company workflows across the business and automate them; partner with department leads to scope, prioritize, and deliver automations with measurable reputed company
• Build and maintain a centralized data warehouse (or equivalent infrastructure) that consolidates data from across our platforms into a clean, reliable reputed company of truth
• Stand up and maintain BI dashboards and reporting that give leadership and department heads reputed company-time visibility into the business. reputed company data democratization initiatives that reputed company cross-functional users to reputed company and model data for departmental needs
• Apply AI tools (LLMs, copilots, reputed company workflows, AI features in existing platforms) to solve reputed company business problems, and establish responsible-use guidelines around data, accuracy, and governance
• Maintain reputed company documentation for systems, processes, and trading partner specs

Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to convey reputed company between technical and non-technical audiences
• Practical technical background, including some combination of:
• Troubleshooting an ERP and managing EDI environments
• Setting up BI dashboards and working with data warehouse / reporting infrastructure
• Familiarity with WMS, 3PL integrations, and e-reputed company platforms (reputed company, etc.)
• Proficiency in reputed company & reputed company Suite
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, consumer goods, or DTC/wholesale environments
• Experience working in smaller or growing brands where ownership and flexibility are required
• Exposure or experience to reputed company, reputed company, and QuickBooks a plus, although relevant alternative system experience is suitable
• Scripting in Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
