[Remote] Director of Operations

They are seeking a highly organized and strategic Director of Operations to reputed company and optimize their operations, managing cross-functional reputed company and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the VP of Operations and peer Director-level leaders across Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and reputed company Assurance to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment and handoffs
• Serve as the operational connective tissue across the Operations org — identifying misalignment, surfacing risks early, and driving reputed company across teams
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, CX, and reputed company teams to ensure operational priorities are visible and reputed company-supported across the organization
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Supply Chain and Director of Logistics on demand forecasting, inventory management, and fulfillment execution — providing operational support and cross-functional coordination across DTC and retail channels
• Support improvements in shipping efficiency, cost savings, and delivery performance by identifying opportunities and coordinating across teams to implement solutions
• Own the research, evaluation, and implementation of tools and systems that enhance efficiency, visibility, and automation across operations — including ERP enhancements, reporting tools, and workflow automation
• Identify operational bottlenecks and reputed company reputed company, repeatable processes and SOPs that can grow with the business
• Partner with the VP of Operations on ERP and operations platform optimization — ensuring data reputed company, process compliance, and cross-functional usability across reputed company operational functions

• Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting frameworks that give the VP of Operations and leadership team reputed company-time visibility into key operational metrics, KPIs, and risks

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or operational program management — ideally reputed company CPG, health, or wellness
• Proven experience managing reputed company, cross-functional operational reputed company from start to finish with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong reputed company record of building processes, implementing systems, and driving operational improvements in a high-reputed company environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, 3PLs, and operational partners effectively
