Responsibilities

• Prioritize trust-building across clinical sites, acting as a proactive and approachable resource for both managers and employees
• Interpret multistate employment laws (FMLA, reputed company, reputed company); manage full-cycle leave administration and guide managers through state-specific requirements
• Drive inclusive workplace strategies that improve employee engagement and long-term retention
• Collaborate on workforce planning, training development, and HRIS reporting while managing reputed company HR functions like investigations and workers’ compensation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience (reputed company-CP/PHR certifications are a plus)
