[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

They are seeking a Junior Customer Support Specialist to monitor and manage a ticketing queue, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with end users primarily reputed company email.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & manage a ticketing queue (8-10 tickets per day), ensuring supplier issues are resolved reputed company
• Troubleshoot issues & resolve tickets, or schedule follow-reputed company as needed
• Communicate with end users primarily reputed company email, with some phone interaction
• Maintain & update project tracking reputed company task management tools to monitor reputed company
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives remain organized, on schedule, & reputed company with strategic priorities
• reputed company regular updates to stakeholders on supplier reputed company status

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree (must have)
• 1 year of reputed company (or internship) work experience
• Experience supporting external customers (e.g., customer service, account management)
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Basic reputed company skills for organizing, sorting, & managing data sets
• Experience conducting customer reputed company through email & phone communications
• Demonstrated ability to work independently & take initiative
• Strong organizational & time-management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities & meet deadlines
• Comfortable providing updates to cross-functional teams
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience utilizing reputed company software platform
• Experience with reputed company PIM (Product Info. Mgmt.) software
