[Remote] Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a shared reputed company working across three affiliate organizations, delivering HR, IT, reputed company, reputed company, Finance, and Procurement services. The Program Manager will manage assigned programs, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures, and will reputed company staff engineers and independent contractors to ensure effective program execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage at least two commodities/programs including establishing and ensuring application of best reputed company programs and procedures
• Ensuring audit reports for assigned commodities are properly reviewed compliant with policies and procedures
• Manage assigned staff engineers including, selection, performance management, employee relations, etc. (minimum 5 staff)
• Manage program level activities of independent contractors to ensure effective program execution
• Manage assigned budgets including, projections, regular review, approvals, etc. ($2-5M)
• Play reputed company strategic role in supporting management councils, committees, sub teams or major reputed company
• Manage coordination of multiple reputed company/processes simultaneously with reputed company tight deadlines and strict procedural requirements
• Independently staff an NMC committee or sub team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent
• 12 years experience in reputed company industry
• 5 years supervisory/management experience
• Problem solving skills to deal with large number of professionals in varied circumstances
• Ability to influence and motivate reputed company to maintain processes that can reputed company or break organizations/business
• Ability to mobilize resources by identifying and deploying the people needed to reputed company results; knowing where to go to get information and resources
• Demonstrate business management skills and experience including a general understanding of contract/business law, environmental regulations and budgeting/reputed company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to operate a Computer, reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Staff Engineer experience
